3. Pricing, Fees & Payment

Once submitted, orders cannot be modified or canceled after preparation begins.

Kiel’s Haus is not responsible for user input errors.

5. Pickup Orders (Strict Policy)

Pickup times are estimates only, not guarantees.

Orders must be picked up promptly.

We are not responsible for food quality if pickup is delayed.

Failure to pick up an order does not qualify for refund or remake.

6. Delivery Orders (Strict Policy)

Delivery is offered within limited zones and hours.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to demand, traffic, or weather.

You must be available to receive the order.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, no answer, or inaccessibility:

The order is considered fulfilled

No refund or remake will be issued

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery completion.

7. No Refund Policy / Issue Resolution

All sales are final due to the perishable nature of food.

Issues must be reported immediately upon receipt of the order.

Approved resolutions (if any) are at our sole discretion and may include store credit only.

We do not provide refunds for:

Taste preference

Late pickup

Customer ordering errors

Delays outside our control
